Matthew W. and Eric V.: we just looked at the tiles and counted by fives. We got 35 because we did 7×5; there’s seven tiles to get to the towel and we multiplied that by 5. It would probably be 35 inches in all.
Tyler S and Matthew H.: I counted the tiles all the way to the towel and there were 8 tiles and then I did 8×5 and it equalled 40. 40 inches in all.
Daniel A. and Adam L.: I think it was 35 and a half inches because the towel was on the last tile and I only counted half of it because the towel was covering half of the tile. I only counted 7 full tiles and stopped. Then I counted by 5 for each of those tiles.
Chace: I think that white stuff goes in the middle (grout) and you put the crosses in the middle of the tiles to make sure…(Tyler M.) they are the same width apart.
Janelle: the grout will hold the tiles onto the floor and keep them from moving together.
